Information

Our commitment is to ensure the safety of patients, staff, clinicians, family and our immuno-compromised community against Covid-19 and other infectious diseases. If you have tested positive to Covid-19/ an infectious disease, please do not visit the rooms while you are symptomatic. If you are experiencing cold & flu or respiratory symptoms or you are feeling unwell then please call 8232 4155 to re-schedule your appointment, or a telehealth consultation may be an option.

New Patients:

All referrals must be forwarded for assessment by the relevant doctor before an appointment can be made. Your GP or specialist can send the referral via fax on 08 8232 4166 or via Healthlink. Waiting times vary depending on the nature of the referral and the individual doctor’s capacity.

For your first appointment, please arrive 5 minutes earlier as you will be asked to complete a new patient form which includes information on our privacy and billing policy. Full payment is required on the day of consultation (no exceptions). Claims are sent to Medicare electronically on your behalf for reimbursement of the rebate. Our reception team will advise the fees upon making your appointment.

No work cover / third party appointments are accepted at this practice.

Referrals:

It is ultimately the patient responsibility to have a current referral for all specialist appointments to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Referrals are typically valid for 12 months from GPs and 3 months from specialists from the date of your appointment.
