Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. If our phone is unattended please do leave a detailed message.
We require minimum 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. Should you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $80 to cover administration costs.
If you are experiencing cold/flu/respiratory symptoms or are feeling unwell, please call 8232 4155 to re-schedule your appointment, or a telehealth consultation may be an option.
